Utility Warehouse (UW) earned the highest overall score for energy suppliers in the UK by Which?, a UK consumer protection organization. The Which? annual energy firm rankings awarded UW with a 75% overall score, the highest among 17 competitors, including major companies and small operators. 

Rankings for this score were determined based on customer satisfaction surveys of more than 9,000 energy customers. UW scored highly for its customer service and quality of communications about energy costs.

Natura &Co announced it will end its secondary listing of American Depository Shares (ADSs) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The company will maintain its primary listing of common shares on the B3 stock exchange in São Paulo. 

This move is part of a larger strategy by the company to simplify operations. The company stated that “the vast majority of Natura &Co trading activity is concentrated on the B3 stock exchange” and that the decreasing trading volume on the NYSE no longer makes it a “compelling option.” 

“The planned delisting of Natura &Co from the New York Stock Exchange is consistent with our long-term strategy for the business,” said Fabio Barbosa, Natura &Co Chief Executive Officer. “This move underscores our continued focus on simplifying our operations to reduce complexity. We thank Natura &Co investors who held ADRs and look forward to welcoming many of them as shareholders on the B3 market. Upholding our dedication to transparency, we will maintain our high disclosure standards through our listing in Brazil.” 

Natura &Co’s delisting is expected to go into effect next month.

The Amway China Leadership Seminar welcomed 10,000 attendees to its five-day event in New Zealand that included gala dinners, leadership sessions, cocktail receptions and excursions in Auckland and Queenstown. The event leaned heavily on creative large-scale productions that used special effects, snow machines and more than 600 hours of custom motion design content to create panoramic scenes across enormous LED screens. At dinner, each table and plate were projected with animated designs that reflected New Zealand culture and Amway’s brand. 

The seminar was held across two months and welcomed twelve separate waves of brand representatives, honoring top Amway performers each time.  

In total, the event is estimated to have brought $25 million to the local New Zealand economy.
