The Body Shop announced it will be shuttering its direct selling operations in the UK and Australia. As these were the only two active markets for The Body Shop At Home, this announcement effectively signals the end to The Body Shop At Home’s operations.
“With a heavy heart, The Body Shop has made the difficult decision to close The Body Shop At Home in February 2024,” the company wrote in an online statement. “We are sending our thanks and appreciation to our wonderful Consultants who have been valued members of our community.”
In its place, the company announced a new digital service called The Body Shope Ambassador Programme, available to UK consultants, that they will be unveiling in the coming months.
