Avon announced Karen McElhatton will take on the role of Chief Technology Officer. McElhatton brings almost two decades of international technology experience.

McElhatton’s responsibilities will include overseeing the digital transformation already underway at Avon and will also contribute to management of technology for Natura &Co.
