In his six years practicing law, he was introduced to the direct sales channel by working with a few direct selling companies as his clients. He was naturally drawn to the focus on developing and empowering people. Jared eventually made a career change and took a position as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Young Living Essentials Oils. Over the next eight years, he rose to the role of President and Chief Operating Officer and took the company from a $200 million business to a more than $2 billion company.
However, a self-proclaimed workaholic, combined with the massive efforts over the course of those eight years, while extremely impressive – took a significant toll on his personal wellness.
In 2021, he discovered Amare Global. In Latin, “amare” means “to love,” which is at the heart of the company’s mission.
